Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and extending the data modeling layer, the full-time remote Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain data models, create dashboards, and ensure data quality to support decision-making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models that drive data-driven decisions
• Own and create dashboards while adding and maintaining new data sources
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and ensure operational health of data ingestion

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics
• Strong SQL skills with production experience in BigQuery or a comparable cloud warehouse
• Hands-on experience with ELT/transformation platforms like Fivetran, Weld, or dbt
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in a modern BI tool
• Fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, activation, retention, and churn
