Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To modernize and scale the enterprise data platform, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain efficient data pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions, and influence core data architecture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain resilient, scalable end-to-end data pipelines
• Collaborate with product owners and data analysts to gather requirements and deliver aligned data solutions
• Lead data modeling and architecture discussions to support high-volume, low-latency systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing commercial data warehouses
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning
• 3+ years of development experience in Python for data manipulation
• Expert-level proficiency in advanced SQL and experience with DBT or similar tools
• Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with APIs for data integration
