Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a community-based primary care organization, the remote Senior Data Engineer will lead the development of a data platform that enhances analytics, product measurement, and operational visibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing strategies and scalable programs
• Drive pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and measure their impact on revenue
• Utilize CRM data and marketing technology platforms to optimize campaign execution and reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data or backend engineering focused on scalable data platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and operating production-grade data pipelines
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data ingestion and transformation
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS and Databricks
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data processing
