Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

As a pivotal member of the Data Access team, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain the data infrastructure that supports reliable product data, customer reporting, and business metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain data governance standards, including access controls and data lineage
• Lead the evolution of the data platform towards an AI-first architecture, designing for AI consumption and integration
• Build and scale data pipelines and architectures, ensuring accessibility and usability for both analysts and AI systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on production data pipelines and infrastructure development
• Strong experience with AWS data services and cloud data warehouse technologies, such as Snowflake
• Proficient in Python for developing and optimizing complex production data pipelines
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
• Familiarity with data governance and quality practices
