Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a community-based primary care organization, the remote Senior Data Engineer will lead the development of a data platform that enhances analytics, product measurement, and operational visibility across the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing strategies and scalable programs
• Drive pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and track measurable impacts on revenue
• Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to align on account strategy and improve pipeline conversion

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data or backend engineering with a focus on scalable data platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and operating production-grade data pipelines and ingestion frameworks
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using tools such as dbt
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS and Databricks
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data processing, with troubleshooting skills
