Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouse schemas to support analytics and operational use cases
• Implement data governance practices and ensure data quality and consistency across systems
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to translate requirements into practical data solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms, particularly AWS services like Redshift and Glue
• Experience with both batch and event-driven data workflows
• Ability to design and maintain scalable data models within a layered architecture
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including reliability and maintainability
