Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and deliver scalable ELT pipelines and data models within a Snowflake-based data ecosystem, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and optimize performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines and data infrastructure using Snowflake
• Architect and implement data models to support analytics, BI, and ML use cases
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and observability frameworks across all pipelines

Required qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, specifically with production-grade pipelines
• 3+ years of experience working directly with Snowflake in a production capacity
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
• Experience with version-controlled, CI/CD-driven data pipeline development
