Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a small, high-impact data engineering team, the full-time remote Senior Data Engineer will collaborate with Data Science, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to build robust ETL pipelines, contribute to architecture decisions, and enforce engineering best practices within an AI-native platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ETL pipelines that support user-facing features
• Contribute to architecture decisions and data quality initiatives to maintain platform robustness
• Develop scalable frameworks for managing AI workflows and prompt engineering pipelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles with a focus on data infrastructure
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using tools like Airflow or Dagster
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in software development practices
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD systems
• Experience in designing high-impact data products in fast-paced environments
