Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing team, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake while working remotely from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize cloud data solutions using Snowflake
• Extract and ingest structured and semi-structured data from various sources, collaborating with stakeholders to create data models
• Monitor and optimize Snowflake workloads and ETL processes, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines and proficiency with Snowflake
• Advanced SQL development skills with the ability to optimize large-scale workloads
• Experience with dimensional modeling techniques and cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
