Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake while working remotely in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data solutions using Snowflake and cloud-native technologies
• Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to create data models and ensure data quality and governance
• Monitor and optimize performance of Snowflake workloads and ETL processes to meet service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience developing end-to-end data pipelines and strong proficiency with Snowflake
• Advanced SQL development skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize workloads
• Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience with dimensional modeling techniques and data integration best practices
