Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing software consultancy, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake, while working remotely and contributing to data integration and modeling efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake
• Utilize Snowflake architecture to build and optimize cloud data solutions and manage Snowflake objects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, ingest, and model data aligned with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience developing end-to-end data pipelines and working with Snowflake
• Advanced SQL development skills with the ability to optimize large-scale workloads
• Experience with dimensional modeling techniques and data integration best practices
• Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure
