Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing software consultancy, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake while working remotely from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Utilize Snowflake architecture to build and optimize cloud data solutions and manage Snowflake objects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data models and enforce data engineering standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines and hands-on proficiency with Snowflake
• Advanced SQL development skills and experience with dimensional modeling techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience managing source code and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
