Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficient data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize Snowflake data solutions
• Extract and ingest structured and semi-structured data from various sources, collaborating with stakeholders on data modeling
• Implement data quality controls, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with data governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines and proficiency in Snowflake
• Advanced SQL development skills with experience in dimensional modeling techniques
• Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience managing source code and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
