Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data solutions and ensure data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake
• Utilize Snowflake architecture to optimize cloud data solutions and manage Snowflake objects
• Implement automated data quality controls and support data governance initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance optimization and data modeling
• Advanced SQL development skills for complex queries and workload optimization
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD practices
