Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Data Engineer, the candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake, while optimizing cloud data solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams on data integration and modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Python and Snowflake
• Implement and manage Snowflake objects, ensuring performance and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create logical and physical data models aligned with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing and performance optimization
• Advanced SQL development skills for complex queries and workload optimization
• Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure
