Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing software consultancy, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Snowflake while working remotely from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and Snowflake data solutions
• Extract and ingest data from various sources and collaborate on data modeling with stakeholders
• Implement data quality controls, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with end-to-end data pipelines and advanced SQL development
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data ecosystems, particularly Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience with dimensional modeling techniques and data integration best practices
