Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a critical CRM data architecture migration for a key client in the Life Sciences industry, the full-time remote Senior Data Engineer will architect and deploy data integration pipelines, execute legacy data transitions, and implement transformation models using Databricks, dbt, and Apache Airflow.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy data integration pipelines connecting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud to the Databricks warehouse environment
• Execute pipeline modifications to transition legacy data feeds from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
• Write dbt transformation models and organize end-to-end DAG execution using Apache Airflow

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with expertise in AWS, Databricks, dbt, and Apache Airflow
• Strong programming proficiency in Python/PySpark and advanced SQL
• Proven experience architecting and executing migrations, specifically for CRM platforms
• Deep understanding of SDLC/Agile and DevOps for CI/CD and artifact management
• Ability to maintain full working time overlap with US East Coast business hours
