Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a critical CRM data architecture migration, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will work remotely, focusing on building and deploying data integration pipelines between Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and a Databricks data warehouse while ensuring data accuracy through dbt models and Apache Airflow orchestrations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy data integration pipelines connecting Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud to the Databricks warehouse environment
• Execute pipeline modifications for transitioning legacy data feeds from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud
• Write dbt transformation models and organize end-to-end DAG execution using Apache Airflow

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with expertise in AWS, Databricks, dbt, and Apache Airflow
• Strong programming proficiency in Python/PySpark and advanced SQL
• Proven experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and/or Veeva CRM
• Deep understanding of SDLC/Agile and DevOps for CI/CD and artifact management
• Certifications such as Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional are preferred
