Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and develop scalable data pipelines, integrate enterprise systems, and establish the organization's data warehouse architecture, primarily working in a remote capacity with occasional in-person collaboration in the DMV area.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and reporting
• Build and configure Databricks environments while establishing data engineering best practices
• Integrate data from multiple systems, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS cloud environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience utilizing DBT for data transformation and validation
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of healthcare data workflows
