Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain databases and ETL systems to support business applications and business intelligence, while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data integration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and optimizes data integration processes and ETL workflows to ensure performance and scalability
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define business requirements for data integration and reporting solutions
• Leads the development of automated solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Four or more years of experience in information technology with a focus on relational databases and ETL processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming for enterprise data solutions
• Experience with ETL tools, specifically Microsoft SSIS, and database management systems
• Familiarity with cloud-based database management and integration services is a plus
