Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support dataset creation and annotation workflows for GenAI models, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale multi-modal datasets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines for dataset creation and annotation workflows, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Design and manage high-volume logging and telemetry systems for operational visibility and debugging
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to track program health and data quality metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a closely related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipelines and automation
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, or similar lakehouse/big-data platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, workflow orchestration, and version control systems
