Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Taking ownership of complex data platforms, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will optimize and refactor production data pipelines, ensuring efficient performance and reliability while working remotely in a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor existing schemas and tables to enhance consistency within the Medallion Architecture
- Optimize and reorganize Airflow pipelines for improved reliability and performance
- Build and maintain dbt models that support downstream analytics and product features
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with production data platforms
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, SQL, and Python
- Experience implementing Medallion Architecture and optimizing data pipelines
- Proficient in Git and CI/CD practices
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1)
