Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and operating end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will focus on blockchain data and NLP processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage batch and incremental ETL/ELT pipelines to convert raw data into production-grade outputs
• Acquire high-throughput data from diverse sources, including relational databases, APIs, and blockchain nodes
• Implement NLP and LLM-assisted processing for unstructured text to enhance risk models and data quality

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience building and operating production ETL/ELT pipelines using orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/RDS and object storage solutions such as S3
• Familiarity with API development and versioning using tools like FastAPI
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
