Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Driving innovation in data workflows, the full-time remote Senior Data Engineer will design and implement agentic development processes for the data team, enhance company-wide analytics capabilities, and foster adoption of new systems across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build the agentic development workflow for the data team, including models, pipelines, and review processes
- Push upstream capabilities into product development to address data issues at their root
- Build and maintain an evaluation layer for agentic workflows, ensuring reliability and observability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role
- Strong expertise in analytical data modeling and SQL
- Hands-on experience with dbt and an orchestration tool like Dagster, Airflow, or similar
- Proficient in Python and familiar with software engineering best practices
- Experience in deploying agentic or LLM-powered systems to production
