Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Driving the transformation of data workflows, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and build agentic development processes for the data team, enhance analytics capabilities for the company, and ensure the adoption of new systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic development workflows for the data team, including PR and review patterns and CI processes
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data architecture verification during feature development
- Establish an evaluation layer for agentic workflows, ensuring observability and correctness checks are in place
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role
- Strong expertise in analytical data modeling and SQL
- Hands-on production experience with dbt and an orchestration tool like Dagster
- Proficient in Python and familiar with software engineering practices such as version control and CI/CD
- Experience in deploying agentic or LLM-powered systems to production
