Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the full data engineering lifecycle, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale data and AI-powered solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data management and AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges
• Lead data acquisition, integration, and ETL/ELT pipeline development across structured and semi-structured healthcare data systems
• Operationalize machine learning and Generative AI pipelines, including building and optimizing workflows and feature engineering frameworks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of data engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience in data ingestion, normalization, transformation, and storage across various data systems
• 5+ years of experience designing ETL/ELT solutions and managing data assets using SQL, Python, or Scala
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Scala/Python
• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data or supporting data solutions for healthcare organizations
