Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and operate a modern Microsoft Azure and Fabric-based enterprise data platform, focusing on scalable data pipelines, data integration, and enabling analytics while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration patterns using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric
- Integrate data from various business systems and develop API-based integrations while monitoring pipeline health
- Implement data quality checks and governance practices to support a regulated environment
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of data engineering experience, particularly with enterprise data platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics
- Ability to support global organizations and work directly with business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
