Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of a modern cloud-based data platform, the remote Senior Data Engineer III will develop and maintain complex SQL-based data pipelines while providing technical leadership in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement a cloud-based data platform to support global business operations and analytics initiatives
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and reporting solutions
- Architect and manage scalable ETL/ELT processes for data integration from various sources
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing
- Advanced SQL expertise with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data engineering solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Proven leadership experience in a small or mid-sized environment
