Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To drive innovative data practices, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and implement agentic development workflows for the data team, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders can access trustworthy data insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build the agentic development workflow for the data team, including context and tooling for model changes and CI processes
- Develop the evaluation layer to ensure the reliability of agent-authored outputs through regression suites and observability
- Collaborate with various departments to drive adoption of agentic analytics capabilities and provide training on new workflows
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role
- Proficiency in analytical data modeling and SQL
- Hands-on experience with dbt and an orchestration tool like Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect
- Strong Python programming skills with a solid understanding of software engineering practices
- Experience in deploying agentic or LLM-powered systems to production
