Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Data Engineer with expertise in agentic systems, this remote position will focus on building production agents, developing multi-step workflows, and implementing evaluation practices within a private-capital data environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build production agents and multi-step workflows, designing MCP servers for integration with the data platform
- Establish an evaluation practice to track metrics such as task success rate and extraction accuracy for agentic systems
- Own agentic workloads in Airflow, designing dynamic task mapping and event-driven triggers for orchestration
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data or software engineering, with 5 years on major cloud platforms and a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems to production
- Practical command of agent design patterns and experience with agent evaluation and observability
- Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, AWS, and Apache Airflow
- Production experience extracting structured data from complex documents at scale
