Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support innovative data solutions, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain highly available data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Databricks in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support non-interactive and real-time data pipelines while ensuring fault tolerance and high accuracy
- Provide consultation and lead the implementation of complex data engineering programs
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve software or business process issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL) and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Python and FastAPI for data processing
- Familiarity with Kafka for data consumption
- Basic understanding of AWS services such as S3 and RDS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative fields or proven industry experience in data engineering
