Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer, the full-time position offers a remote work environment where the engineer will manage data services from ingestion to delivery, collaborating cross-functionally to develop impactful data engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate and deliver cohesive data engineering solutions across multiple projects in partnership with various functional teams
- Take ownership of the complete cycle of data services, including data ingestion, processing, ETL, and delivery for reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and implement data architecture that meets business needs
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience programming in Python, DBT, and Airflow
- Expertise in RDBMS and Data Warehousing with strong SQL skills, preferably with Snowflake
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture patterns for Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakes
- Experience managing data infrastructure using Terraform
- Proficiency in cloud-based or on-premise data lake and big data analytics platform implementation, preferably AWS
