Job Summary
To enhance the Data Platform & ML department, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and architectures in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data quality and accessibility
- Optimize existing data architectures and troubleshoot data-related issues
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data engineering or a related field
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Experience with data pipeline tools and frameworks like Apache Spark or Kafka
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases
