Job Summary
Building data pipelines within a unified framework, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design and implement the canonical data model using Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt, while ensuring data quality and observability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and own data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake
- Implement and contribute to the canonical data model in production
- Build automated validation and data quality checks into pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with production data pipelines
- Strong experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and SQL optimization
- Production experience with dbt and Airflow
- Strong programming expertise in Python and deep SQL proficiency
