Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
Building and operating a cloud-based data platform, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will develop new data engineering solutions, migrate existing data pipelines, and design complex ETL processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interfacing with business customers to gather requirements and develop new datasets
- Building and migrating complex ETL pipelines from on-premise systems to cloud environments
- Identifying and addressing data quality issues to enhance user experience
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in cloud-based data engineering
- Demonstrated ability in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
