Senior Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of next-generation lakehouse architecture, the full-time Senior Data Engineer will design scalable data pipelines and ensure the integrity of datasets for enterprise reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, production-grade data pipelines and data models for downstream analytics and enterprise reporting
- Implement data validation and QA standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data models
- Collaborate with App Engineering and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into well-structured datasets
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or dimensional modeling
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data transformation from multiple sources
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and pipeline development
- Expertise in dimensional modeling and modern data architecture patterns
- Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift
