Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead the growth of its data warehouse and drive the expansion of its data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing data engineering team, setting clear goals and providing strategic direction
• Manage and streamline team operations, optimizing workflows and addressing data engineering challenges
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of data engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Deep knowledge of data engineering tools, preferably Snowflake and Airflow
• Proven experience in performance management, mentorship, and team development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• A strategic and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
