• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on data integration, quality, and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field plus 8 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in management
• Proven experience in building and scaling data platforms for machine learning workflows
• Experience in designing and enforcing data quality frameworks and SLAs
• Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks and distributed systems architecture
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders
