Senior Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Engineering - GTM Data Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead GTM Data Enablement strategy and roadmap, translating business goals into scalable technical plans
• Own the vision and architecture for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and product instrumentation
• Manage and grow a team of GTM enablement engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in data engineering or analytics with experience in Marketing, Sales, or Growth operations
• Proven leadership in building and managing technical teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Expertise in GTM data concepts such as event instrumentation and campaign activation
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and CDP ecosystems
• Track record of delivering real-time data pipelines and audience activation across GTM tools
