Senior Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data engineers and BI developers, the full-time Senior Data Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise data platforms, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of innovation
• Own and manage enterprise data platforms, ensuring their performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps and manage annual budget planning for data and analytics platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Strong expertise with modern data platforms, including Snowflake and Power BI
• Demonstrated experience in developing roadmaps and managing budgets
