Senior Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team of data engineers, the full-time Senior Data Engineering Manager will develop engineers, guide technical architecture, and contribute to customer-facing data systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the data engineering team while overseeing architecture, design, and delivery
• Build and enhance scalable data pipelines, data models, and customer-facing delivery mechanisms for Public Investor data products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate roadmap priorities and customer needs into technical plans

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related technical roles
• 2+ years of managerial experience, including mentoring and team leadership
• Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and Airflow
• Experience building and maintaining business-critical data systems, including pipelines and production datasets
• Deep technical judgment across data modeling, pipeline architecture, and production reliability
