Senior Data Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business domains and IT to communicate governance policies and resolve data challenges
• Facilitate data owner training sessions and support metadata curation to enhance data usability
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in a data governance or analytical role
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and translate needs into data standards and policies
