Senior Data Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Data Governance will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance data quality and improve governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures
• Analyze data governance challenges and recommend effective solutions to improve data quality and integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize data governance requirements and facilitate related projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years focused on Data Governance or Data Management initiatives
• Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and Data Quality concepts
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications
• Proficiency in data analysis and issue identification techniques
