Senior Data Governance Consultant

Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior Data Governance Consultant will drive the execution of data governance strategies, manage data stewardship onboarding, promote catalog management practices, and enhance data fluency through training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new data stewards and facilitate meetings to align on data usage standards
• Promote and maintain organizational metadata in the Analytics Marketplace and Collibra
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and remediate data quality issues

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field with four years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years; or Associate's degree with seven years; or eight years of relevant experience
• Two or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Experience documenting business processes and functional requirements
• Two or more years leading small to medium-sized projects
• One or more years of experience delivering training or instructional materials
