Senior Data Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Data Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Data Governance Epic Scope, identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs), and implement data quality rules and reconciliation controls
• Automate data governance processes and lead data remediation activities with cross-functional teams
• Mentor a team of Data Governance Analysts and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance data governance practices and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in data governance or management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and hands-on experience with modern platforms for data governance and MDM
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with experience in data quality tools and processes
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and risk management in data-intensive environments
