Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Governance Specialist to support the design and implementation of data governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and support governance initiatives
• Assess data storage, usage, and management across systems and develop data classification frameworks
• Contribute to data lifecycle management policies and support the establishment of data ownership roles

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data management
• Working knowledge of data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management
• Experience supporting governance initiatives such as classification and policy development
• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
