Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in data analytics and people leadership
• Experience managing large data sets and using visualization software
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
