Senior Data Insights Strategist

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Senior Data Insights Strategist will manage complex data analysis, advocate for business data needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable insights and data strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discussions with department leaders to identify emerging data needs and advocate for new data capabilities
• Manage the intake, prioritization, and assignment of new data requests while synthesizing data to provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data visualization tools and promote a data-driven culture within the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care, business analytics, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data consulting, data strategy implementation, and synthesizing data projects
• Strong experience with SQL and large data sets, as well as proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
• Familiarity with data governance and quality management practices
• Ability to travel to Minneapolis at least once per quarter for meetings
