Senior Data Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing customer experience team, the full-time Senior Data Intelligence Analyst will lead the design and development of data intelligence solutions, analyze customer journeys, and build dashboards to enhance operational efficiency in a remote-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of CX data intelligence solutions, including AI insight agents
• Analyze customer journeys and operational metrics to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for CXO leaders to provide visibility into performance and trends

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets in modern data warehouse and BI environments
• Hands-on experience in building analytical models or intelligence solutions that impact customer experience
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or LLM-based approaches relevant to CX and operational challenges
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration to drive insights into execution
