Senior Data Management Associate

Job Summary

To support Kite's clinical development programs, the full-time remote Senior Data Management Associate will oversee all aspects of clinical data management studies, ensuring data quality and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical and Statistical Programming, Clinical Operations, and Biostatistics to meet project deliverables and timelines
• Lead multiple complex studies/projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy of clinical data and data structures
• Prepare and manage data management timelines, and interact with site coordinators and investigators to resolve queries and meet protocol requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 9+ years of experience in Data Management, or a BS/BA in life sciences with 5+ years of experience, or an MS/MA with 3+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience in Data Management
• Experience in managing clinical data management deliverables for regulatory submission
• Proficiency in web-based Electronic Data Capture systems, such as Medidata Rave
• Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines covering clinical trials and data management
• Experience with oncology data, particularly in hematological cancers or cell therapy
